At inesniche.com, we want you to feel confident with every sneaker purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve designed our returns and refunds process to be clear, reasonable, and easy to follow. Please review the information below before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
• You contact us before returning the item

To request a return, please email info@inesniche.com. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos showing the problem
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we will propose an appropriate solution such as a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on availability and your preference.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sneakers that have been worn outdoors or show visible signs of use
• Items missing original packaging or tags
• Clearance or final-sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing may take up to 10 business days
